We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (miswak sticks, toothpaste, breath strips, henna) cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start a return
Email us at support@freegrin.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return required in most cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@freegrin.co.
